Description :
| It is a vitamin B-Complex parenteral formulation that is available as single-dose ampoules.

Composition :
| Each single dose of 2 ml ampoule contains: |
| | Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 10.0 mg
|
| | Riboflavine Phosphate Sodium BP 2.0 mg
|
| | equivalent to Riboflavine BP 2.0 mg
|
| | Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2.0 mg
|
| | Niacinamide BP 100.mg
|
| | Dexpanthenol BP 5.0mg
|
| | Benzyl Alcohol BP 1.0% v/v (Preservative) Appropriate overages added
|
Indications :
| In conditions of B-Complex defeciency where parenteral use is recomended. |
Dosage :
| 2ml per day by deep intramuscular injection. The same dose may be given as slow IV after appropriate dilution with normal saline or water for injection.

Safety Profile:
| It is generally safe and well tolerated. However, it is contraindicated in persons with a history of hypersensitivity to thiamine or any of the other ingredients present in this preparation. Not to be used in newborn or premature infants.
