Recommended Dosage

One capsule once or twice a day or as directed by the physician.

Each capsule contains:

Adenosylcobalamin	500 mcg
Carbonyl Iron	50 mg
Folic Acid IP	1.5 mg
Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate USP (Equivalent to elemental zinc 22.5 mg)	61.8 mg
