Job Description:

Obtain sale orders & estimation new Customer Accounts by planning & organizing daily work schedule of existing or potential clients promote our products & solution to existing & potential clients. Maintaining & develop relationships, listening to Customers needs.


Role Includes:

  • Responsible for leading sales team
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • At least 4-7 years experience
  • Good technical sales/marketing skills, communication skills
  • Qualification : Graduate / MBA

Job Description:

Build and manage the channel relationship to achieve the required channel mix. Target setting & target management of channel sales on in numbers & volumes per month. Manage and grow the acquisition channels to meet both current numbers and Top-ups. Manage acquisition costs to budgeted levels. Continuously provide feedback on competitor activities and counter measures including process/ credit handling a team of Area Sales Managers.


Role Includes:

  • Planning & achieving sales targets through a team of Sales Managers
  • Identifying profitable opportunities and policies to achieve desired business
  • Developing new channels and growth of existing channels in terms of business volumes
  • Preparing and designing of steps to develop sales
  • Maintain relationship & achieve customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience would be preferred in Sales/Business development
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Must have good Leadership and Team Handling experience
  • MBA or Bachelors degree in any field
