Position Location Description
 Reginal Sales Manager
  • Guwahati - NORTH EAST region
  • Responsible for achieving the defined target of NORTH-EAST Region in the specified period by leading a team of
    medical representatives.
  • To ensure all basics of ASMs.
  • To ensure basic sales hygiene & coaching his team.
  •  To build the brand image of company In the Doctors Chamber and in that particular market.
  • To lead a team of ASMs in assigned market & achieve the organization objectives. Achieve 100% target of NORTH-EAST Region.
  • To ensure correct Doctor list with correct brand matrix.
  • To develop and restructure demographics.
  • To Short list, conduct field induction, deploy and work along with the team to meet the customers.
  • Coaching his ASMs for ensuring optimal business performance of his team.
  • Ensure sales of slow moving goods appropriately to ensure zero sales returns and Zero expiry.
  • Implementation of strategies discussed along with the Sales Manager/ ZSM/DGM-Sales.
  • Ensuring optimal utilization of promotional inputs.
  • Monitoring of Monthly report, Expenses statement, Input Distribution Report and Time Utilization Reports of MSR’s.
